Background

This building optimization project was completed for 95 St Clair Avenue West, a 16-storey commercial office building serviced by Colliers International with Canadian cooperative The Desjardins Group – the largest federation of credit unions in North America – as their primary tenant.won both the National and International TOBY Award for Building of the Year.

Results

After just one year of operation, our client realized a 12% reduction in their electric bill and offset 18.5 Metric Tons of C02e. Equipment optimization resulted in a 10% reduction, or 340 hours. Savings verified by Save on Energy and the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO)
