Sensor Points

We install non-invasive, wireless sensors that do not damage interior spaces or interfere with wifi.

  • Carbon Dioxide - High levels of carbon dioxide contribute to virus transmission and have negative impacts on the brain.
  • Carbon Monoxide - Carbon monoxide exposure leads to a reduction of oxygen in the brain. This can lead to death.
  • Humidity - Low humidity speeds up virus transmission, while high humidity can cause mold growth.
  • TVOC - Total Volatile Organic Compounds are chemicals that are released into the air from furniture, building materials, perfumes, and more. They can cause issues from mild allergic reactions to organ damage.
  • PM 2.5 - Particulate Matter are tiny, inhalable particles in the air. They can cause damage to the heart and lungs.
  • Temperature - Temperature is related to humidity and is key to comfort and health.
  • Light (Optional) - Spaces that are too bright can cause eye strain and headaches.
  • Barometric Pressure (Optional) - This is an indicator related to the balance of indoor and outdoor air in a space.
  • Occupancy (Optional) - Occupancy affects carbon dioxide levels and can also inform physical distancing.
